About Our Candles

At Rich Bish Candle Co., our candles are handmade, hand poured in small batches, and made with a luxury coconut soy wax blend. Each candle is handcrafted in Detroit, MI. Every candle and wax melt are made with phthalate free fragrance oils. Our goal is to exude luxury, richness, and quality with each fragrance. We offer a range of scents, from feminine and masculine scents to spa aromatherapy scents meant to relax or rejuvenate your mood. We currently offer our candles in 2 sizes, 8oz tins or 10oz glasses complete with lids. The glasses and the tins are both reusable. Each candle is double wicked and cured for over 2 weeks to allow for a powerful fragrance throw. In addition to candles, we provide an array of products including, bath salts, car scents, wax melts, and home accessories. We use eco-friendly ingredients and biodegradable packaging as we strive to continuously protect our environment. 

Who knew a headache would start all of this? I've always entertained the idea of making candles. And after discovering that my constant unexplainable headaches came from using popular BIG brand candles, the idea became more than that. Hi, I'm Gloria, the owner of Rich Bish Candle Co. I often say "we" because I'm a mom as well as a candlemaker and my sons help me daily. I am so grateful for my friends and family that help with events, refer my company to others, and often being the listening ear, I need. It really does take a village.

I set out to make non-toxic candles with long burning times and luxurious scents. And during the 2020 lockdown, Rich Bish Candle Co was born. Starting with a few wax melt scents and small accessories, this quickly changed, and I began to create candles and car scents as well. I do this because I want my customers to come home from work or a bad day and light one of my candles and feel relaxed. My goal is to offer luxury candles without breaking the bank. Everything from the names of the scents to the labels are picked and designed by me. Naming the scents has to be one of my most favorite things to do. I have many more ideas and I'm so grateful that you guys have chosen to go on this journey with me.
