Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns on any of our items, however, if your product arrives damaged, please message us via our "Contact Us" form on our website. Please include your order number when messaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory outcome as your satisfaction is our main goal.  Also keep your original packaging materials in case you need to send your package back to us. 

What if I don't like the scent I ordered? 

We do not offer exchanges or returns based on personal scent preferences. Everyone is different and we understand that here at Rich Bish Candle Co so we hope that you can understand our policy. We recommend ordering wax melts first of the scent you're wanting to try. Wax melts are a cost effective way to try new scents before purchasing a larger candle.
